ALPESA seeks to improve the technical properties of its paperboard / cardboard products, including strength, appearance, thickness and finish with additives such as glues, water and dust repellent or with different technology applications. The aim is to increase the quality, durability and versatility of the products to better meet customer needs and open up new markets.

To make ALPESA's cartonboard products more resistant, visually appealing, with optimised thickness and advanced finishes, using innovative technologies such as nanotechnology, 3D printing, artificial intelligence, advanced coatings and augmented/virtual reality.
