GROW AI Accelerator

A 6-month, equity-free acceleration program for impact-driven organizations and social enterprises harnessing the power of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to create significant social impact.

Program Highlights

Grow AI combines workshops, guest lectures, mentorship, accountability groups, and peer-learning sessions in a hybrid format.

Tailored to each organization’s unique needs, the curriculum covers diverse topics in technology, business, and social impact.

Starting in March 2025, the 6-month online program will be delivered by expert trainers and industry professionals from INCO and Share it networks.

Who can apply?

• Impact-driven organizations and social enterprises developing AI/ML solutions with positive social impact aligned with SDGs.
• Sustainable products/services targeting large markets, demonstrating traction, and with a solid growth strategy.
• Active participation of CEOs, CTOs, and relevant team members in program sessions.

Selection Criteria

• Technology for Good: Utilizing AI/ML to generate social impact for underserved communities, adhering to responsible AI practices.
• Vision and Ambition: Presenting a clear vision to address a social problem sustainably with a robust development plan.
• Impact: Demonstrating a deep understanding of the social issues tackled, the communities served, and the positive outcomes generated.
• Proximity: Having direct experience and connection with the social challenge addressed, working with and for the community.
• Viability and Scalability: Offering feasible, sustainable solutions with potential for broad implementation and growth.

Program Phases

1. Applications Open: Submit your application by December 16, 2024, at 11:59 PM CET.
2. Interviews: Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, with shortlisted candidates invited for interviews.
3. Selection Results: A panel of INCO experts will select participants who best meet the criteria. Results will be announced in February 2025.
4. Program Start: Selected participants will join the 6-month program starting in March 2025.
